The keynote of the new design is the combination of white and brown colours, as well as contract in usage of different textures and materials. The owner maintained the boat with great respect and care so everything on the yacht, incl. magnificent carpets, is in perfect condition. The yacht is designed to accommodate 10 ospiti in 5 spacious cabins, each with an en suite shower. Four guest cabins (two of them VIP) are situated on the lower deck. Large (60 m2) well zoned sundeck will surprise even the most sophisticated guests. Heesen 44.70 is extremely spacious and takes a leading position among the other yachts in class. Powered by two MTU 16V 4000 M90 diesel engines, this semi displacement superyacht demonstrates cruising speed of 20 knots with maximum of 23 nodi, which is an excellent speed for his size.
