Launched in 1963, Fairline released its first yacht, an incredible 19 feet handcrafted glass-reinforced plastic river cruiser, in Oundle Marina, UK.
As the company grew rapidly, so too did their distributors. Their ever-popular 1977 Fairline 40 model saw an expansion into the Mediterranean and the funds for a new offering: high-speed cruising yachts.
With a heavy focus on design, Fairline yachts challenge traditional design to give you, the buyer, more. The use of space is ingenious, utilising as much of what others deem unusable space to create in fact a larger more inviting area.
In 2006, they launched the stunning Fairline Targa 38. One of the most in demand models the Fairline range has ever seen, the Targa 38’s excellence was not unnoticed. In 2007, she took home the prestigious European Powerboat of the Year for the 30 to 40 feet category.
In January 2016, Alexander Volov and Igor Glyanenko – two UK-based Russian businessmen – bought Fairline and renamed it ‘Fairline Yachts Limited.
Although Fairline has seen many owners, style and excellence were never sacrificed. They continue to reign in the luxury yacht category.
